TERMS OF USE Last Updated: October 11, 2026 nAIrrative is operated by Artzx LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-driven story-hosting and roleplaying platform, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Before using account features, hosting a story, or joining a story lobby, you must have accepted the Terms through the Service. New account users must accept the latest published Terms; existing users must accept material updates as described in section 12. If you do not agree, you may not use these features. 1. AGE REQUIREMENT AND ELIGIBILITY You must be at least 18 years of age or older to create an account, host a story, or participate as a player on the Service. By accessing the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If we discover or suspect that an account belongs to an individual under 18, we reserve the right to terminate the account immediately subject to applicable law. 2. THE SERVICE, USER ROLES, AND THIRD-PARTY AI ENGINES The Service is an interactive platform that uses third-party large language models and artificial intelligence APIs ("AI Engine Providers," such as Google AI and model providers accessed through OpenRouter) to co-author and narrate collaborative stories based on user inputs. - "Hosts" are users who create, configure, and manage private story lobbies and fund gameplay with prepaid Creative Juice drops. Hosts dictate the baseline story framework, including the title and foundational story description. - "Players" are users who join an active story lobby via an invitation from a Host. Joining an existing story lobby as a Player is free of charge. Players dictate their own character names and descriptions. - "AI Narrative Generation": During gameplay, the Service passes the story framework, character information, and the explicit text actions submitted by active Players into the AI Engine Providers. The AI Engine uses this collective data to generate real-time story narration and plot progression. 3. CREATIVE JUICE PURCHASES, FEES, AND SUPPORT - Prepaid Credit: Creative Juice is prepaid credit for AI-narrated gameplay. One drop pays for one completed story round. The Host pays for the group. Invited Players can join for free. - Purchases and Taxes: Creative Juice purchases are one-time payments without automatic renewal. Available purchase options are described on the Purchases and refunds page at https://nairrative.com/purchases/index.html. Checkout displays the applicable price, tax, and final amount before payment. - Non-Expiration: Purchased drops never expire. Deleting your account removes its Creative Juice balance. Contact product support before deletion if you have a purchase issue or refund request. Deletion does not waive applicable consumer rights. - Availability: Only purchase an offering when an enabled checkout presents its price and terms. Current availability and purchase support information are provided on the Purchases and refunds page. - Product Support: Artzx LLC handles gameplay, account, and Creative Juice balance questions at contact@nairrative.com. - Payments and Refund Requests: For an existing payment or refund request, contact product support with your receipt reference and a description of the issue. For a purchase marked "Sold through Link," Link handles order and transaction support, including refund requests, at https://support.link.com/topics/sold-through-link or through the support instructions on your receipt. Artzx LLC remains responsible for product support. - Refund Rights: A support request does not guarantee a refund. Applicable consumer rights and the transaction terms shown at checkout still apply. Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or remedy required by applicable law. 4. USER-GENERATED INPUTS AND STRICT PRIVACY RESTRICTIONS - Input Ownership: As between you and the Company, you retain all ownership rights to the specific, human-authored text inputs you submit to the platform, including story titles, descriptions, character concepts, and player actions ("User Inputs"). - Prohibitions on Personally Identifiable Information (PII): You are strictly prohibited from submitting any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) within your User Inputs, character descriptions, or player actions. Do not use real full names, physical addresses, phone numbers, emails, financial details, or any other sensitive personal data belonging to yourself or others. The Company is not responsible or liable for any PII you choose to disclose within a story lobby or submit to third-party AI Engine Providers. - License to Company: You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, hosting license to store, transmit, process, and transmit your User Inputs into our third-party AI Engine Providers solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and delivering the Service's narrative generations to you and your invited players. - Visibility Boundaries: The Service is designed so that User Inputs and their resulting AI narratives are contained within private story lobbies. Your session data will only be visible to you and the specific users who have been invited or authorized to join that particular lobby. 5. ACCEPTABLE USE AND PROHIBITED CONDUCT Your account, private story lobbies, and player interactions must be used exclusively for lawful, collaborative entertainment. You are solely responsible for all text inputs, character setups, and actions submitted under your account. You explicitly agree that you will not submit, upload, or attempt to force the AI Engine to generate content that falls under the following prohibited categories: Category A. Safety and Content Boundaries - Illegal Activities: Any text that depicts, encourages, or provides instructions for real-world illegal acts, violence, or dangerous behavior. - Severe Harm & Exploitation: Content depicting sexual violence, non-consensual sexual content, or any form of child exploitation or abuse. - Real-World Hate Speech & Harassment: Text specifically designed to demean, humiliate, threaten, or attack real-world individuals, protected groups, or members of your story lobby. Category B. AI Manipulation and System Abuse (Prompt Injection) - System Jailbreaking: You may not use prompt engineering tricks, structural manipulation, or specific phrasing intended to bypass, override, or "jailbreak" the safety filters, system prompts, or core behavioral boundaries established by the Company or our third-party AI Engine Providers. - Automated Abuse: You may not use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools to flood the story lobbies with actions, split billing systems, or spam the AI generation endpoints. - Reverse Engineering: You may not use the narrative outputs or your text inputs to systematically map, reverse engineer, or extract the underlying software architecture, prompt setups, or proprietary mechanics of the Service. Category C. Intellectual Property and Impersonation - Unauthorized IP: Submitting trademarked or copyrighted text, lore, or characters belonging to third-party franchises (e.g., published books, movies, or video games) unless you possess the explicit legal rights or license to do so. - Real-World Misrepresentation: Creating character profiles or story setups that impersonate real living individuals, public figures, or corporate entities without their consent. Category D. Enforcement and Remediation We do not actively monitor your private story lobbies in real time. However, if a violation of these rules is flagged via security telemetry, automated safety filters from our AI Engine Providers, or a report by a user within your lobby, we reserve the right to: - Immediately suspend or terminate the offending User or Host account subject to applicable law. - Terminate, wipe, or lock the specific private story lobby containing the violating text. - Report any suspected illegal activities to law enforcement in accordance with Pennsylvania legal requirements. 6. STORY TRANSCRIPT EXPORTS - Export Feature: The Service may provide functionality allowing Hosts or Players to download or export text transcripts of their completed story lobbies ("Story Transcripts"). - Use of Transcripts: You are granted a personal, perpetual, non-exclusive license to download, read, and share your Story Transcripts for personal, non-commercial entertainment. - Intellectual Property Disclaimer on Outputs: You acknowledge that legal frameworks regarding artificial intelligence vary, and under current law, text generated purely by an algorithmic AI Engine may not be eligible for copyright protection. The Company makes no representations regarding your ability to claim exclusive intellectual property ownership or copyright over the AI-generated narration contained within a Story Transcript. 7. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE NARRATION DISCLAIMERS ("AS IS" OUTPUTS) - Nature of AI Outputs: The narration, dialogue, and plot progressions generated by the platform are outputs produced by algorithmic third-party APIs. - No Guarantee of Accuracy or Consistency: AI Outputs are provided entirely "AS IS." The Company does not guarantee that the AI Engine will always accurately interpret character actions, maintain flawless chronological logic, or remain free of narrative contradictions. - Limitation of Content Liability: Because the narrative is generated algorithmically from open-ended text inputs provided by multiple players, the Company cannot predict and is not responsible for the specific responses generated by the AI Engine. Users acknowledge that the AI Engine may occasionally generate unexpected, fictional, or inappropriate plot elements. 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (PLATFORM & PROPRIETARY SYSTEMS) We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including the platform software, the proprietary backend mechanics governing how inputs interact with third-party APIs, system layout designs, logos, and underlying code. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to access and use the platform in accordance with your designated user role. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the maximum extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, Artzx LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service, any text outputs generated by the AI Engine, or your choice to transmit data to third-party API providers. 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. 11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to the Service must be brought exclusively in a state or federal court located in Pennsylvania. 12. CHANGES TO THE TERMS We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material updates, we will notify account users via email or through a prominent platform notification. When a material update becomes effective, you must accept the updated Terms through the Service before continuing to use account features. Minor administrative updates, such as corrections to contact information, do not require you to accept the Terms again. New account users must accept the latest published Terms.
